Mark Acre is the CEO and founder of OneSource Insurance Group, based in Ozark, MO, which he established in 2007. Originally from Poplar Bluff, MO, Mark moved to Springfield in 2002 to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree at Missouri State University. He began his career in insurance in 2005, quickly rising to become a Top 10 nationwide agent with Torchmark Corporation, and by 2006, he had earned a position as a Top 5 manager. Mark then founded his own firm, where he offers comprehensive insurance and financial services to his clients.

A committed leader in the industry, Mark serves as a Trustee on the National Board of NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors). He has held leadership roles, including Past President of both NAIFA Missouri and NAIFA Springfield. Additionally, Mark has chaired the National YAT Committee and served as First Vice Chair of the National APIC Committee. He is also a graduate of NAIFA's Leadership in Life Institute (LILI).

Mark’s leadership and dedication have been recognized with several accolades, including the 2014 NAIFA National YAT Leader of the Year Award, which honors an advisor’s contributions to NAIFA, their involvement in legislative efforts, charitable service, and leadership in the industry. He has also received the 2010 Judy Sorensen Memorial Award, 2013 Advisor of the Year for Springfield-NAIFA, the 2015 Business of the Year award from the Ozark, MO Chamber of Commerce, and the 2019 40 Under 40 award from the Springfield Business Journal.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mark is actively engaged in his community, serving as a member or board member of several organizations, including the Missouri State University Alumni Council, Ozark Rotary Club, Junior Achievement, Special Olympics, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and ManUp and Go. Mark is also a proud father of three children: Brynn, Maddox, and Tobias.

Jim Bodhaine joined OneSource Insurance in 2024, bringing nearly a decade of experience in the insurance industry. His career began in 2015 with Colonial Life, where he specialized in employee benefits and health insurance solutions for businesses. He later transitioned to State Farm, focusing on Complex Commercial Insurance and Financial Products. Throughout his career, Jim has shared his expertise at conferences and events nationwide, speaking on relationship-based sales strategies and the ethical responsibilities of advisors in client relationships.

As Vice President of Sales, Jim is passionate about OneSource Insurance’s culture of care and commitment to clients. He believes in building lasting relationships and being a trusted advisor in both the best and most challenging times for his clients. With a broad knowledge of the insurance industry, Jim specializes in navigating complex commercial insurance situations to provide tailored solutions.

Outside of work, Jim enjoys the outdoors—camping, fishing, and hunting in the fall. He’s also an avid motorcycle enthusiast who loves working on and riding bikes. Above all, he values time with his family, including his wife, Sierra, and their son, Aidan, making the most of their weekends with new adventures.

Ryan Payne joined OneSource as an Advisor in 2008. Ryan consults in all lines of insurance for individuals and small businesses. He graduated from Rogersville High School and went on to study business at Missouri State University. He volunteers with the MDA and the Special Olympics and is a member of the Nixa Chamber of Commerce.

Miles Brown has been with the OneSource Insurance team since 2015. Prior to joining the OneSource team, he began his insurance career at Commercial Insurance Underwriters in 2011. Miles specializes in Commercial Property & Casualty and Personal Lines Insurance including home, auto, and life insurance.

Miles has a passion for providing expert advice and solutions to complex insurance needs. His ability to relate to clients and be a trustworthy and knowledgeable advocate help to set Miles apart as a go-to resource.

Miles was born and raised in Springfield, MO and has a deep love and loyalty to the area where he and his wife Carlee now raise their two sons. During his personal time Miles loves coaching his two boys in basketball, soccer, and baseball.

Nacole has lived in the Springfield metro area for over 32 years. The majority of those years have been spent in a customer-focused role. In 2022, she decided to dive into the ever-evolving world of Property & Casualty Insurance.

Nacole's role as your Insurance Advisor/Broker is to make the experience easy, thorough, and informative so you have the tools to make the best decision for your insurance needs. She strives to maintain a high level of service in order to exceed your expectations.

Mary Klob joined the OneSource team in 2014. A native of Farmington, MO she moved to the area in 2011 to be closer to her grandchildren.

She is a licensed agent and enjoys helping our clients with all their Personal Auto and Homeowners insurance needs.

Mary is the mother to two daughters and a son, and “Grammy” to four wonderful grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family.

Anne is an Account Manager working remotely from the Philippines. She is very dedicated to both servicing and quoting Personal and Commercial Lines. She is very grateful and happy for her career with OneSource that makes her able to satisfy the needs of the clients and the team.

Previously, she worked as a Legal Assistant at Bureau of Immigration - Main Office before joining OneSource team.

She graduated from WCC Aeronautical & Technological College - North Manila and has a Bachelors of Science in Aircraft Maintenance Technology. She was an active officer during her early years since grade school. Before she graduated from college, she was the President of the Student Body Organization.

Her skills and experiences in leadership inspires her to always do her best and be efficient in adapting to different roles and tasks she is assigned to do. She is very eager to learn and grow to succeed in her endeavors.

She loves to travel and explore foods and places, appreciate nature - mostly, the beautiful islands in the Philippines. A kind and loving daughter, supportive sister and aunt to her Niece and Nephew, and a fur mom to their 6 dogs at home - 3 Frenchies, 2 Chows and a Shih Tzu. She is a singer and plays different instruments like the Piano, Violin, Guitar, Concert Flute and Ukelele. She is also a worship leader and a choir member at PMCC 4th Watch.

Darian is a Commercial Account Manager specializing in business and commercial account placement within the insurance industry. With a solid background in navigating the complexities of commercial lines, Darian helps clients find the right coverage tailored to their specific needs.

Holding a Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) certification, Darian brings a thorough understanding of risk management to each client interaction. By focusing on long-term relationships and offering thoughtful, customized solutions, Darian aims to ensure that businesses have the protection they need to thrive.

When not working, Darian enjoys reading, diving into video games, and spending quality time with friends and family. Whether it's getting lost in a good book or sharing laughs with loved ones, Darian values downtime and the connections that come with it.
